The platform is for authorised staff, enrolled employees, donors, and other users invited by SVITECH Foundation for NGO operations. You must not misuse accounts, attempt unauthorised access, or upload unlawful content.

3. Accounts

Keep login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected compromise.

4. Accuracy of information

Provide accurate personal and organisational information. False statutory identifiers or donation details may lead to rejection of records or legal consequences.

5. Availability

We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as programme and compliance needs evolve.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SVITECH Foundation is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Maharashtra, unless otherwise required by statute.
