SVITECH Foundation responds to Data Principal requests and grievances related to personal data processing on Svitech HR / NGO Hub.

You may request access, correction, erasure (subject to legal retention), withdrawal of consent (where applicable), or raise a complaint about how your data was handled.

  • We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 working days.
  • We aim to resolve grievances within a reasonable period as required under DPDP.
  • Staff users can also submit requests from the signed-in My privacy & data page.
